Anytime Carsharing is the international company in the Czech Republic, that provides per minute car rental service in Prague. With Anytime app you can register within a few minutes and quickly rent a nearby car. Car rental starts from 1.99 CZK per minute.

How to register?
Registration in Anytime Carsharing is fast and simple. You just need to download the app, fill a few personal details, take a photo of your identity card, driver’s license and make a selfie. You don’t have to go anywhere, pay any registration fee or fill complicated forms. To use the service you have to be more than 18 years old and own a driving licence cat. B for more than 6 months.
How to rent a car?
You find a nearby car on the map directly in the Anytime app and book it for 20 minutes for free. You unlock the car easily through the app and start the rent. You can park anywhere in Prague in accordance with traffic regulations, the only exceptions are underground parking lots and parking lots not accessible to the public. Poor registration process, can take two days, as in my case.
The registration process took almost 2 days, although I had all the necessary documents. In support, they answer for a long time, and apparently they don’t see the past communication, so they asked me to send the same thing twice!
My husband registered a year ago and he had the same problems, without the help of the support service, you can’t register. The company did not improve the process in a year.

Terrible attention, lack of help, try to cheat my money
This company took 850 czk from my account for having a car parked for several hours during the night. It was my first time using the app, I wanted to rent the car 24hours. In the morning, when I really need the car it was not there, plus I paid a lot of money for a parking car which never was available later. It was obviously a misunderstanding and I requested a refund. They didn't accept, it was my mistake(which I dont fully agree but ok) so they gave me 800 points in the app to shut me up. I accept unhappily. Now when I try to used the points, only for the seek of getting that money back, this are only 50% of the cost. So I use the car 200czk and I need to pay 100! Is this a way to compensate me or to make bussiness and cheat me more money!! Absolutly terrible customer service, not helpful at all. They keep my money out of misunderstanding (as I was not using the car!) And now using there points cost me more money. I don't recommend this company. In similar situations with other companies they always understood human error and first time using this services they are more comprenhensive. In this case, no answers or really rigid.

Not recommended
I didn’t have a chance to use the service fully, but I already have an awful experience with this app. I tried to register couple of weeks ago. I provided all the documents (ID, DL, home lease contract, etc) they require. However they didn’t unlock my account to use. What I was being told when I called customer service was “They had all documents they needed, it should take 24 hours to get my account approved.” I followed up several days to check the status of my account. I heard the same answer from all the agents that my account should be approved within 24 hours. More than 3-4 days passed, nothing changed.
I do require from this app to delete all my personal data from their database.
I do not recommend to use this service at all. It is just waste of time!
