I love the available content and how it’s varied to suit different tastes. I only hope you can fix the “continue watching” part: shows that I’ve finished are still there and it’s very crowded. I’d love to have the ability to remove shows that I’ve finished or even those I don’t feel like continuing to watch anymore.Also, I know licensing is not a simple matter, but it would be nice if you could give us all seasons of a series and not just the last one(s). Thank you :)

The whole experience is just terrible, from the app, payments to customer service. The app gives random errors during streaming and just closes the episode out of the blue. Takes a lot to load an episode: not my internet. Other apps like Netflix work great. Cant choose quality even through account settings like Prime for tv.Paid the monthly subscription normally, but it gives me a ‘timeout error’ after loading for over 2 minutes. The funds were deducted but the service didn’t activate. I’ve been contacting customer service for 2 days (going onto the third) now through both phone numbers and email. Literally nothing has been done. Provided them with every bit of detail they wanted about the card and the payment reference no. with no avail. Any other service would’ve apologized and solved the problem within the first day.I do not recommend this app nor this service.

The application does not work with LG TVs that were manufactured before 2016, and when contacting customer service that this was not mentioned when downloading the application, it was answered that I had to change the password or delete the application and re-download it, or check the strength of the Internet network, or use the application through The laptop and connecting it to the TV!!!and after trying to communicate with customer service more than once, I asked for a refund of the subscription amount, as I did not properly benefit from the service provided. The response was that the subscription amount will not be refundedAlso, the Chat system with customer service is very sterile, as communication takes place by sending “pictures” only, and it is not possible to communicate by typing your request, which makes the communication process difficult.

I want to give it zero stars but I can’t so consider it zero stars They cut scenes, edit and crop scenes to hide things from the scene, tested multiple shows and movies and compared the same episode on osn and on HBO Max and they censor a lot of stuff. Now this is embarrassing for many reasons: 1- it’s a paid service and I shouldn’t get censored stuff when I am paying for the service. 2- they explicitly state in the app description in the App Store that there’s no censorship. One thing they keep saying when I contacted their support that they don’t censor and they air content as they receive it from content providers, However, that is an evident lie because I tested and compared episodes and movies myself on Hbo max and osn and they censored a lot of scenes. For example, The last of us, Girls, Bad Education, The Deuce. So I cancelled osn and never gonna use it again.
