However Dorris her name was from the “verification” option you can choose to speak with was a lot more helpful. Got my money to me within 2 mins. Prev spoke with “Dean HR” it said, who asked me personal questions like could I afford my bills or did I need the money for that? Was very personal and questions. Explained my money obvs wou let help this month as it’s £600 extra and I just paid 1k for my car to be fixed. I’m a community car so need car for my job. He then banned my account!! I play slot type games, more often than not you lose but you play to lose and if you win it’s a bonus; it’s the chance of winning that makes it fun and bonuses/features add to the suspense/fun even though you know 99 times out of a hundred the house is the winner in the end. I swap and change what app I use to play and add deposit limits to them all and set cool offs regularly which I recommend all regular players to do. However; with JackpotJoy slots something just feels off, it feels like the odds of winning and regularity of bonuses and spins with good wins is a lot less than competitors, something just doesn’t seem right and I won’t be using again. I’d recommend William Hill or Sky Vegas, they just feel more fun even when you’re not winning and it feels like your money lasts a lot longer even if playing the same games. This morning I have played several games on this site. From 8.30 it slowed down...and slowed down....and slowed down more. Playing Persian Fortunes was more like playing Russian Tortures. 10 seconds to show the cascade (not to mention the MISerable payouts). Then I play another game. And I notice that there are issues with the balance reducing more than the gameplay...( I think). I didn't think much of his as it was prhaps only £1or so....but then, on the same game, I won around £1.60 which didn't seem to transfer to my balance. Then I noticed that again, for definite. I go to try to live chat to ask someone to check for me...and the live chat box...won't open the keyboard on my device so I can't communicate with them. Now, I'm not techstupid! so I reopenth app, refresh, empty cache, uninstall and go in via the website (because trying the website route defaults to opning the app anyway). Same thing on website, I can enter my details but can't chat back to the waiting agent. I am now posting this as the only means of getting through and in the hope that JPJ will get their acts together.
