Whilst the items I have bought have been nice. The customer service is not up to scratch! If you have a problem or anything, they respond but don’t keep up the communication. I’ve been dealing with a problem since 30th August something of which could have been sorted then and 2 weeks later still waiting for it to be sorted. I never like to leave bad reviews but I can’t find a number for them which makes getting this sorted even harder!
App and unlimited delivery not working

I purchased an item through the app, all worked fine initially, item was delivered next day as I subscribed to the “unlimited next day delivery” service which cost me £9.99. Since then, the app simply won’t let me log in, says wrong user name or password. Tried resetting numerous times, still won’t let me in. The website, on the other hand, allows me to log in so I deleted the app altogether. However, when I tried to order for the second time, my unlimited delivery service no longer worked. It tries to charge me the full amount for next day delivery despite me having an active subscription. There are just so many glitches, it has put me off using it and i can’t be bothered with this place now.

I’ve shopped at ego for years now. I love the clothes… however, the app has always been awful to use. For some reason it only shows 50 items from your wishlist, starting with the oldest things you have liked. To find the new items you have saved, you must scroll to the bottom and delete items from the top for the new ones to show!!! Ridiculous. For such a big company, you’d think they would sort the app out but no. Pls fix the app!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever received

I bought a couple of dresses to try on the other day they were all either too big or looked tacky on me so I returned and I’m yet to receive my refund. I keep on emailing them but they rake hours to respond. Why is it taking a week to finish my conversation. I paid for shipping for these dresses back to their warehouse.
