This was not just misleading — it created the clear impression of a deliberate lie. Even if the system did not intend it, the result was still false information that caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. A service of this level should never present generated content as if it were real data, and it must clearly warn the user when it cannot access genuine information. Without this, similar failures are guaranteed to happen again.”
