Courier delivery service Wefast India is a part of global delivery service, which works in 10 countries across the world. In India it is available in cities: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai.

Urgent on time delivery

Courier is assigned within 10 minutes of placing an order and can arrive at pickup location within 15-30 minutes (depends on distance)! You can choose time interval with up to 30 minutes precision.

Courier will arrive when it is convenient for you, rather than at some random unknown time interval.

Pay by cash or wireless transfer

You can pay for express delivery with cash, by wire transfer from your business account, or card-to-card transfer directly to courier. In-built price calculator will show you the cost of delivery online, right in your app.

Couriers on foot, motorcycles or trucks/tempos

Super convenient and easy. Used to seeing your taxi on the map? Now you get the same convenience with delivery. No need to check up on courier status with annoying phone calls.

At your discretion, you can turn on or off SMS status notifications for both senders and receivers at each step of delivery.

Smart couriers

“Buy for Me” Option: Delivery boy can pay for items with their own money and deliver them to you.

COD Option: If you sell some items and need to collect cash from your customers upon delivery, the courier will receive the money and wire them to you by the end of the working day.

Securing your order

You can declare the value of your parcel and for just 0.68% +GST of that amount, Wefast will reimburse you the full amount in case of loss or damage, regardless of the reason and without any hassle.

If necessary, the courier can take a picture of your parcel at pickup and drop-off locations.

pickup cars, vans, trucks — good for apartment or office move.

Wefast can you help you deliver your packages to other cities in 1-2 days. Our courier will pick up your package when convenient and deliver it to an intercity logistics company. A different courier will pick up the package at the destination city and deliver it securely to the designated recipient.

You can place an intercity order at our website, without the usual hassle of tedious paperwork and long online forms. Detailed tracking of every step of delivery is always available in client cabinet. Very soon, intercity delivery will be coming to the mobile app as well.

Lightning speed

During these COVID testing times, humanity has been tested the most. Have witnessed so many People helping each other going out of their way. I was in one such situation and the other local courier couldn’t get the package delivered and hence I thought I will not be able to fulfill the commitment I gave. To my luck, I spotted Wefast on google and here I am smiling that the package has been delivered.

I strongly recommend Wefast and I will continue using it for my next opportunity!

Do not get fooled by their price , they don’t care about service

Worst customer care. This is the first company with whom I experienced a poor response to a customers plea.

This is how I would describe my events with the company.
1. Delivery person takes my order and has not delivered it till date (2days so far ) he lies about delivery and about speaking with the customer about him delivering the product.
2. Upon approaching customer care , they inform me about senior executive speaking with me .. within a few hours ( no call so far )
3. Upon calling their call Centre , kept on hold for half an hour .. and when I’m nearing my chance of getting on call .. an automated message says there’s no one to answer my call
4. The support Centre on the app says that that delivery boy will re visit and prove that he has delivered the product ( this was suppose to happen 12 hours back)
5. Finally the support centre on the chat have stopped replying to my message.

This shows , how sub standard their service is and how it doesn’t matter what a customer goes through .. I think there should be many more experiences like this , I would reach out to others to share it here .. so that the management who reside on cosy chairs can get their attention on the foolery conducted by their stakeholders.

Horrible Customer Support ! Would never use this courier s revive again!

This was the WORST experience for me as far as customer support is concerned, and their courier guys are highly unprofessional!

This is the third bad experience I had with this service.
This time, the courier picked up my package and after accepting it on the app, he refused to take it to the destination and also refused to give my package back to me UNLESS I paid him the full amount of delivery.
This is harassment!
When I contacted the customer support via the app, they said they will get back to me shortly. Later, a message appeared that they would get back to me tomorrow.
I mean what use is it if the courier has gone away with my stuff, if the customer support cannot even intervene and talk to the delivery guy ?

In another instance, the courier guy fled with my good for an entire day. And refused to take my calls, he turned off his phone.
And the customer support had ZERO response, despite multiple complaints and messages/calls. I had to resort to include the police and some friends who called the courier guy to give back my stuff, and that’s when I got it.
And the joke is, the customer care responded after a week, saying the delivery guy had delivered your stuff.
