Nobodys accepting returns, picking calls, replying mails
Everything is perfect and was smooth until i filed my first return. The courier guy said SKU num or tag is missing and asking for me to get it from company. When i mailed no response so far. When i called no pick up. Hopefully someone will reply to this app store review now? Or the company left its offices in India for any refund or return process and the site or app is automatic catalogue? Please Dont do this! Business before pleasure
One of the best shopping experience
I was quite skeptical about using the app and buying from M&S. I love the products which I get from the store, so seeing that there’s an app for me quite excited to buy things from the app as not everything is available in the store or maybe out of size. But seeing users give bad reviews got me a bit scared but the delivery was quick, received all the products, and didn’t have any trouble with returning the ones that didn’t fit and got the refund within the same day, immediately in fact. I’m quite satisfied with everything, looking forward to shopping more and I hope others give it shot as well.
Worst delivery
I had placed an order on 27th November, it was supposed to be a gift for my family members. I received a message saying that the order has been shipped and will reach by 7th December. I got a tracking link from ecomexpress, hadn’t ever heard of them before this. I had regularly been tracking my order by everyday it showed out for pickup and by the end of the day it showed pickup failed, shipment not handed over. Finally, I emailed them saying the order hasn’t been even shipped yet. Wrote to them on Twitter as well, the response was robotic and not at all helpful. Finally after 13 days of this nonsense I told them to just cancel my order since they hadn’t even shipped it. And viola they cancelled my order in a few hours, got my money immediately. Only if you were as competent in delivering the order rather than immediately cancelling it. Thank you so much for ruining a surprise for my family members.
