I’m a customer of SBI bank from at least 15 years ,have credit card of SBI doing enough transaction every month but when I ask for loan of 1lakh bank manager look at me that I asked for 1 crore .he tell for loan I must have salary account but I’m in business and I give Salaries to my staffs but I’m not egible for loan because I don’t have a current account in their bank so I will have to a current account run it properly for 3 months then manager will think about my loan and also he will visit my shop and then he will see whether I’m eligible for a loan of only 1lakh .my friend told me about this app a guy come to my shop and within 10 minutes I got 95 thousand without any problems.I thanks to this app and the guy who helped me when my bank refused Thanks for help

Calling people from phonebook and harrasing

Hello All, I took a personal loan from Navi and i failed to make the payment on time twice or thrice within 1 year and they started calling people from my phonebook and harassing them as well then again I reached out to the support team of Navi stating, ”please stop this illegal activity” so they said, your information is saved with us and we only contact people from your reference and honestly I did not give any reference. Any which ways they are not doing any favour on me. They are charging high interest everyday for delaying the payment without waiving off the penalty charges and i don’t understand that why they are calling people and letting everyone know about the loan after all I am making the payment. They are doing this illegal activity by themselves also shared phone contacts with few collection agencies and they are also calling people from my phonebook which is illegal and soon i am going to sue them for the same and I have all the proofs with me. My advice for all the people:- If you will make the payment on time that’s well and good and if by any chance you will delay the payment by 4-5 days due to any personal problem then they will not listen to it and they don’t care about it and they will start harassing people from your phonebook and they will let everybody know about your loan one by one. Because of this app, once I thought that i will commit suicide but thanks to few people who saved my life and guided me to deal with them legally.

So i have took a personal loan from this app in which they are charging approx 1.75lakh interest for 48months. I had paid 25 EMIs on time but i have failed to pay the 26th emi due to fund issues and i have also conveyed the same to their executives but they are misbehaving me, harrassing and torturing me to get the emi money and illegally collecting the debt money. And no one share their agency name and their real name. They are just playing with RBI rules nd guidelines and one of the executive has suggest me to do suicide if I don’t pay the EMI. And threatened me that if I don’t pay it right now then they will share my personal information like adhaar, pan and picture with my family member. And when i told them to meet in person at my office’s address or somewhere else as i was not at home or i was not comfortable then still they forced me to meet a home and said if u are home or not we will visit to see if u will not be there then we will ask from your neighbours. The behaviour of their agents are pathetic they don’t know how to talk to the customers snd they never authenticate themselves like they are doing some fraud or illegal work. After that experience I really want to get this app should bhi banned in India. As due to their illegal recovery and wrong practice of debt recovery many people would have committed suicide as im also going through from this phase. Thanks
