Postpaid Services
It is now simple to make mobile bill payments on the Vi™ App. The autopay feature lets users schedule their postpaid bill payments every month, on a chosen date without having to miss bill payments.

Postpaid customers are given a certain credit limit, based on user eligibility. This credit limit can be used to acquire features which aren’t part of the existing plan, the additional cost of the new features will be added to the bill amount in the next billing cycle.
Postpaid users can also avail the Promise to pay feature on the Vi™ App that gives them 48 hours to pay their due bills, enabling them to continuously make calls, send messages and browse the Internet.

Inefficient & pathetic service

I wanted to give one star but the vodafone app would not allow to post on one star so I was forced into giving 4 stars so that I could post this review. Since past few months I have been having problems with data usage. At first, the system showed that I used 25 GB data in just one day even though I never used so much data. When I tried telling customer care executives on phone and at the stores, they started blaming me! Then again within few months, after I made a bill payment, the internet data for my pack did not get renewed and even though I should have 100 GB data per month after every payment, I ended up using 100 GB for 2 months or more counting. When I talked to customer executive they gave me a stupid explanation saying that “I paid last month bill whereas I need to pay current outstanding amount of current month so that I can start using data from next month” BTW in any bill you pay for last month usage only. After saying that she hung up on me multiple times without solving my issue. Customer representatives seem to be inexperienced and inefficient. There is no point of having them. I talked to Shivani and Anu. Please fire them!

New Update is Bad

The update has brought a problem . I had registered four mobile numbers three of which are in my name and one in one of my family members . I used to follow the usage etc of these numbers on my mobile device. After the update these numbers have vanished and updated version is not allowing their re-registration. When I try to do this a message flashes “these are in secondary list”. But this list is nowhere to be found. Not even in Your Account. Chat with support also stated look into My Account tab. There is no My Account tab. We can see only Your Account. No one is there to resolve this issue. Secondly, every time we open the app , we have to face their announcements regarding their products. Why must we made to suffer these. Just because we are using VODAFONE APP.

The app has stopped working for me. Three dots reflects on the middle bottom screen and the page is blank except for the snowman whose animation works perfectly. Actually its the only thing working in my app with logout button. Help and support also gives a blank screen like vodafone’s services.

4 Dec when I visited their store and submitted my documents. On 26 Dec, they updated my address and what a service they took 22 days to update the address incorrectly. I rated 0 in their feedback, someone called and said there is a mistake after validating my form and address proof and said he will call me. Its 48 hours past already. Also, be informed your appellate also involved since 12 Dec, who only respond stating they will get back to me in 48 hours but never does. Only time I received an email was on 27 Dec, stating my address is updated and they did not know it’s incorrect. I had to email them twice asking to check my documents and my updated address. The guy said we are working on it and will get back to me in 48 working hours. Also, two appellate representatives gave me logic of how they calculate working hours. 72 hours is the timeframe for the address to be updated, they only work 8 hours so it will take 9 working days for the address to be updated.

Now the app has stopped working, I can’t check any details because I will rather bang my head than calling your customer service.
