When I went to Toledo, even though I booked the bus to Madrid that was supposed to leave at 18:00, there was so much people that we couldn’t get in. So I went ask to the information desk in the bus station and they told me that their buses don’t have a schedule so the departure time on the ticket means nothing, and it’s not there problem that Omio app didn’t say it. Nobody had informed me that before planning the trip, so I also booked a transferred train from Madrid, and since I had to wait in the super long queue for the bus, I almost missed the train. If I had known that the bus didn’t have a schedule I would’ve gone to the bus station way earlier so I can get on the bus earlier to catch the train more safely. I know it’s a very specific situation, but if you’re going Madrid from Toledo by bus, please be careful not to count the time of the bus in your plan.
