Nice Features but Frustrating payment
The features are great and easy navigation but payment is frustrating. There are fewer payment options and they are not flexible. I have tried making payments severally on the platform without success as there are no friendly guides as to what to do next unlike on the previous version where payment was so easy.
An app that doesn’t really add any value to the user. In fact, most times, it is more of a problem than a solution. It is so complicated and tedious, and at the end of the day doesn’t give much.
I find it easier and more convenient to use the Quickteller platform for my DStv transactions, than to use this pointless and useless application.
I give it 1 star not because it deserves it, but because that is the lowest rating available. There should be a negative star rating for applications like this.
I’ll suggest that login should be made easier for users by providing a ‘save login details’ option so that one may not have to go through the rigors of providing the details anytime you want to use the application. This option should also be for multiple devices so that you may use the app to manage several devices with their details saved at your fingertips.
Full bouquet options must always be easily available to the user whenever you want to make a payment so that you are able to freely make a choice, instead of profiling you to a default payment option.
All information, and the financial implications of the bouquets or packages you choose, including for multiple view decoders, should be easily accessible so that the user is able to make his choice with as little stress as possible.
In my opinion, that should be the purpose of the application; instead of trying to steamroll you into carrying out a predetermined task.
Very Angry Comment 😡😡😡😡
I have paid for my Dstv package since Friday 26th of June 2020 which it reflected on my transaction details on Dstv self service but it have not been able to access it. Unfortunately you’ve not been responding well to customers which is very poor. My last package finish shed before the due date which I did not complain but now days have started counting and you’ve haven’t still started to show my package.
In addition your self service program is very trashy and not so helpful. Please fix my issues now.
