Useless upgrade
This new upgrade is ridiculous. I have to sign in every single time with email and password even though I have enabled biometric sign in. When the app closes I have to sign in again and again and still go and enable biometric setting because somehow it has been turned off. Pretty annoying. Do something about that
THE MOST USELESS APP ON APP STORE
Why will you guys tell us to download an app that is so useless. We can’t vote for our favorite BBN housemate. The previous app was much better than this. Always logging someone out. No one has that luxury of time to always login when it’s not a bank app. Apple is meant to delist this app. If there was any rating less than 1 star, that would be the preferred rating. DSTV, you guys can do better.
Fix your app so people can log in.
I wish I can give zero stars since I downloaded the app I have not been able to log in. It keeps showing please wait and nothing else. I have waited forever several times deleted and redownloaded the app but it still shows the same thing. I can’t vote for my fav what the use of the app that can’t even work
