Payment Option
App asking me to visit Showmax website, what happen to the anchor tag to redirect for ease of payment, obviously you have enough customers so it doesn’t matter but it may interest you to know it’s the obvious reason am yet to subscribe cause I can’t just go to google to keep searching for Showmax website.
Fixed the continue watching feature 🙄
Honestly why is it so difficult to find continue watching on the homepage? It’s so annoying that I have to search the movie I was watching and start all over again simply cos the continue watching feature keeps disappearing from my homepage! 😠 also why isn’t “my stuff” working? Everytime I had a show or movie to “my stuff” it keeps saying “something went wrong” and “my stuff” is always empty! Fix this asap please, it’s becoming really frustrating 🙄 when I notice an improvement I’ll update my review ratings, until then it’s 2 stars for me!
Poor streaming quality
Since the change to this new app, the streaming quality has been poor. Despite the options to choose from data saving, basic, good and best quality in streaming, the picture quality is that of data saving or even poorer than that while the selection is on best quality. Sometimes, it improves and then changes back to a very poor quality even while indicating the streaming quality is on best quality.
Downloading movies is another problem. It will indicate downloading while nothing happens only to receive failed download notification minutes later.
Please work on it.
