Flo app is a great app for me because it traps everything could trap my mood. It can track the symptoms that I have each day and if I drink water if I did some activities may be exercising or maybe with a partner accurately showing when is your luteal phase, When is your ovulation phase, And where is your pre-period phase and period phase. if you’re taking a pill, it reminds you to take your pill and it also keeps track of everything which is a good thing.And So, I got the premium one or the subscription one and it’s very very affordable and once you access the premium features of the app you would learn a lot from understanding your body understanding the female privates and then you get access to a lot of Flo users that are also sharing their experiences on a certain subject or a certain topic and it honestly gives me an idea on how to take care and understand my body properly as a woman.Also, if you have the app you can also connect or invite your partner for them to understand your body better therefore notifies them if it’s your ovulation phase you’re having a period and what to do so that they could understand you better. And honestly that is a game changer for women who is experiencing all of these complicated cycles though it’s normal. Our bodies are very unique and very complicated and it’s a huge relief if our partners know about what’s happening or what’s changing on our bodies.

I have been using Flo since 2019!! At first, my reason for using it was for me to be able to track my flow so that I could show it to my doctor since I have a irregular menstrual cycle. As the time passes by, it became my favorite menstrual tracking app ever because I have tried using other apps and nothing comes close to the features they have on Flo!!! You can share conversations with fellow-females with the option to remain anonymous which is great because the questions there can make you aware that you are not alone and that something you are experiencing is a universal experience where other people are also experiencing it haha. There are also great tips that helped me grow. I was only 13-14yrs old when I started using Flo and now, I just turned 18 and it was a big part of my growth as a person and helped me understand myself better. I have no regrets in purchasing the premium version of Flo because it is worth every peso. Plus, they offer such great discounts especially when u always use the app and every anniversary of you joining the app, they give bigger discounts!! I highly recommend this app to teenagers like me who are struggling with the irregularities of menstrual cycles and who have no one to talk to about the things that you are experiencing.

Using the app helped me pinpoint certain emotions, craving, body changes to my cycle. Flo also helped me get pregnant- very quickly letting me know what days I was most fertile and would most likely get pregnant. After getting pregnant, Flo is now my companion in every step of my pregnancy. From what to eat, what to avoid, exercises, hormone changes, body changes, the baby’s progression, group chats with other women-Flo has thought of EVERYTHING. This is my first pregnancy and I would be a confused mess without this app. I cannot give this app enough to praise. When I had some questions re the app the Flo team responded to my email in hours.
