I’ve been playing Pokémon GO for years, but it honestly feels like the game hasn’t evolved much since its original release. The UI still looks and functions almost exactly the same as it did back in 2016, and it feels outdated compared to modern mobile games.Navigation in the app can be slow and clunky, with too many taps required to do simple things like sending gifts, managing Pokémon storage, or joining raids. Accessibility also hasn’t improved much over time. There are still very limited options for players who need larger text, clearer menus, or more user-friendly controls.Another frustrating part is the overall user experience. Animations are slow and can’t always be skipped, which makes repetitive actions like catching Pokémon, trading, or opening gifts feel unnecessarily time-consuming. The game also tends to prioritize new monetized features and events instead of improving core gameplay systems that players interact with every day.For a game that has been around this long and still has such a massive player base, it’s disappointing that quality-of-life improvements and UI modernization don’t seem to be a priority. The core concept of the game is still fun, but the overall experience could be so much better if the developers invested more in improving usability, accessibility, and performance
