Disappointed with the update

I was really happy with your app until your most recent update which no longer gives me the option to automatically scan. Now it takes more time for me to scan my documents as i have to adjust the borders each time. I hope there’s a way for you to include the auto scan option.UpdateThanks for your reply. I did what you instructed me to. I set it to auto but it is not as precise as before you did the update. I am still adjusting the borders because your app can no longer “sense” the borders of the document. How can i send a screenshot here?

Hi,Thank you for reaching out. The app still automatically finds border but gives user an ability to adjust the border in case user wants. Please make sure that you are taking the capture in auto-mode (a circular icon to the left of shutter button should display "A", if auto mode is on, if not please tap on the icon to make sure auto mode is on). Additionally, in order to disable the adjust border screen from showing up every time, you can do the following: 1) Go to preferences (a gear icon on top left in the home screen where all your saved scans show up). 2) Tap preferences 3) Tap the last setting that says "Let me adjust borders after each scan" to turn it off.Thank you. Useful app, crashes every time I try and use a feature that isn't crop

The app is, in principal, extremely useful. However, it would be nice if the features that are installed into the app to be used could actually be used. When I would try and adjust the brightness of the ID I was scanning, the app would crash. I tried this multiple times to ensure that it wasn't just an error on my device, and each time I tried to adjust the brightness, the app would crash without fail.

By default, the app automatically sends a crash report each time it encounters a crash. Please ensure the setting is enabled so our team can fix it as soon as you face such issues. -Tap profile icon - Preferences. -Tap Send Crash Reports. The option Always is the default selection. -Select Ask every time if you want the app to prompt you to send a crash report to Adobe. So far so good. Been using it for 30 minutes without a table and it detects borders pretty well with ease. It makes editing on the phone simple too. I just hope that I won’t. have to pay for too many in-app purchases later on.
