⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m very satisfied with the Tapo CCTV. The video quality is clear both during the day and at night, and the wide coverage helps me monitor every corner of the area I need. The motion detection and instant notifications are very reliable—it alerts me right away whenever there’s movement. I also like that it’s easy to set up and connect to the app, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. The two-way audio feature is a big plus because I can communicate easily through the camera when needed. Overall, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can check on my home anytime, anywhere. A great value for the price!

I can’t access my camera (C200) after making an update (version 1.3.16 now). In the event I’m able to access it, it will show that it is loading but this will take about a minute. Then after just a few minutes it will become offline for no apparent reason. I’ve checked the wifi signal and its strong (full bars). The camera is not even that far (about 10-12 feet away) from the modem itself. I have rebooted the camera and even removed it then reinstalled it again but it did not fix the problem. There are times that it will show a solid red light, after awhile it turns solid green but when I try to access it the same thing happens. It shows that it is loading which takes about a minute (unlike before the update). Then becomes offline again after a few minutes. I’ve also turned on the diagnostic in the hope it can somehow help me with this problem. Looks like there is a glitch with the update you sent because it was all working fine before the update. Please try to fix this.

Kindly implement double tap (left side/right side) to adjust the timestamp by 5 or 10 seconds. Its very challenging to adjust the timing by sliding with onces fingertips since it constantly misses the right timestamp and in high frequency events where you really need to monitor an ongoing situation and at the same time record a specific event, this takes significant valuable screentime.Another request is dual view simultaneous recording. I have my cctv cameras setup to monitor both sides of my house and there are certain scenarios where you need a continuation of the footage in one video. So it would be nice if we could have simultaneous recording of both views side by side in one video. Its already possible via screen recording in iOS, albeit the downside is a large file size

Room for ImprovementThis app is very reliable and user-friendly for CCTV monitoring. One feature I really appreciate is the multiview support like the 4-in-1 view, which helps a lot in surveillance. However, it would be even better if you could add more multiview options like 8-in-1 or 16-in-1 layouts. This would make it much easier to monitor a larger number of cameras at once. Also, please consider increasing the current 32-camera limit on multiview — this could be a big help for users managing bigger systems. Aside from these suggestions, everything else works perfectly. Great job!
