I’ll start with the issues of the app itself, there are a lot of bugs and often times we get logged off even though we had only logged in recently and saved our account. There are also times where the ads don’t load well and sometimes this could affect the votes. The votes also don’t go through at times. As for the fraudulent behavior, the company has already been proven to have suspicious behavior and doesn’t even reflect votes well and accurately. Rules were changed mid-voting which heavily affects the integrity of it. There are also some other instances if you search it up too.

The total voting results were not displayed to validate the final outcome. Furthermore, the criteria for the voting were altered after the deadline had passed, and additional awards were introduced as a means of "compensation." The camerawork lacked professionalism, often missing key moments of the choreography. Instead of focusing on the performers, the camera frequently panned to the crowd or zoomed out, failing to effectively highlight important aspects of the dance. This app and music show is rigged. They already have a winner (biased production) and only do awarding shows to be seen as not fraud. They used some artists to gather attention—clout chasers.

It always required updating. I just update it yesterday then it needs to be updated again today. Seriously? There were no changes and anything but it always need an update. Too much update in a week for what? Its not very ideal. In actuality its just troublesome at this point. Its good if in every update bugs were fixed but its not so whats the use? The updates are just plain annoying and causing inconvenience.

If you set a critiria for voting, please stick to it until the end. Don’t suddenly change a criteria a day or less before the event just becuase you don’t like the artist that is leading and wanted it to be someone else. MNET app can’t present the real result and the number of votes, the percentage, ranking and the gap! They are not transparent — they can just easily manipulate the result however they want it to! Giving 1 star is not even enough, I’ll give it negative 1 if i can.
