It seems good, but a lot of things don't make sense. For example, I don’t understand how it rates the quality of the food I eat. How is it that boiled eggs aren’t rated “perfect” but only “good”? Eggs are one of the most healthy food. Or why, when I ate store-bought cookies, they’re rated better than roasted duck — seriously, is processed food loaded with sugar better than nutritious meat, even if it has a little more fat? Processed food is the least healthy option after all. Besides that, there’s no option to customize nutritional goals for women. The only option is to set different calorie amounts for different days of the week. But women’s calorie and nutrient needs vary depending on the phase of their hormonal cycle. For example, during ovulation, you should eat more protein, or during menstruation, you should eat a bit more calories and fats. And I can’t set the app to adjust accordingly. The app seems cool, convenient, and user-friendly, but there’s a lot of room for improvement.
It’s great to hear that you find the app cool, convenient, and user-friendly! We truly appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the food ratings and customization options. Your observations about the ratings of boiled eggs and processed foods are insightful. It can indeed be puzzling when nutritious foods don't receive the recognition they deserve. We want to ensure that the food quality ratings align with health standards, and your thoughts on this are valuable. Additionally, we acknowledge the importance of tailoring nutritional goals, especially for women, based on various phases of the hormonal cycle. This is an important aspect of nutrition that deserves attention, and your feedback highlights the need for more personalized options. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! Your input helps us better understand user needs, and we’re committed to creating an even more effective experience. We hope you continue to enjoy using the app while we work on improvements!
