As for Cashman - the only reason I don't give this app 5 stars is due to the frequent issues with the app going blank for no reason and having to go back in and log back into the app to only realize that you've lost your spot on your game number- if you were playing a game that gives you incentives to continue playing that game consecutively as with each game played consecutively you have a chance to win more diamonds-the match will start at game #1 and each time you play another game consecutively through #10 games, the higher up in games you play, the extra incentives, (diamonds you win), so if your on game #8 out of the #10 games you've been playing consecutively then when the app goes blank and you go back into it you've lost your place in line of how many consecutive games you were playing and are back on game #1-which totally defeats the purpose of playing $3 or higher consecutive games as this happens QUITE often to me. I've reported the issue several times now and nobody has done anything about this. This app has a problem where it will just go blank a lot of times on people and the issue has been on going and nothing has changed to fix this situation! I've wasted a lot of money by this happening to me as l've lost my spot too many times to count now!

New glitches

The game’s been fun and great so far, but with the new game “Luxury Line” it’s running into some glitches, mainly hanging up during the free spins round. I hit a bonus of winning extra games and the game completely froze up. I even started recording what it was doing, which was nothing but playing the music, but was otherwise hung up and wouldn’t budge. I tried disconnecting from the internet and then reconnecting after a few minutes, then minimizing the game to come report the glitch, and still when I go back the game is still stuck, waiting to finish the free spins round. If I close the game I’ll lose not only my bet, but also lose my free spins, plus the bonus spins, plus the money I’ve won so far in the free spins round. This needs to be addressed as I can’t even collect my bonus money from daily spin, turbo bonus, or the instant bonus until the game stops hanging up or I close out the game completely and just take the loss, which I don’t want to do as I don’t know if I’ll get any of those things back, or what will happen if I do close the game. Last time something like this happened, I ended up losing all my money I already had won and basically having to start completely over from nothing, including what I’d purchased. It’s been a while and glitch free for a while, but this technical issue needs to be addressed pretty quickly. Thanks! Update! Within just a couple minutes after writing my review the game crashed and restarted, and of course the “Luxury Line” game completely disappeared, as did my bet, the free spins and the money I’d won during the free spins game too. Disappointing! Please fix the glitch and at least return my bet. Thanks!

I absolutely love playing “White Tiger”! I love to gamble and I used to always play “Draw Poker” Slots or “Live Texas Hold ‘Em”. Then one day about 5 or 6 years ago I was gambling with my BFF and playing the “Poker” Slots I had won $3,500! It was a good day to say the least, and it would only get better. Then we left, the next day we came back. I went straight to that machine and before I had spent even $40, I had got into the Bonus Round a few times . . . . And either the third or fourth time I hit the “Grande” Progressive Jackpot for about $4,865 or so. Needless to say, but I will anyway, I have never played a “Poker” Slot or “Live Texas Hold ‘Em” since that day. And I have won tons since. I have been playing this casino for a few years. Recently they came up with “Cashman studios” I could never get into the studio to open the cases. It would start to download and then stop. When I complained I was told to make sure I had the latest version, to remove the app and then download again, I sent a screen shot, and did all of the other “suggestions”. Nothing worked. They said they would look into it further and that the problem should be resolved shortly. The game ended with me having over 200 cases that I could never open. Now there is holiday Cashman studios. I am experiencing the exact same issues. I sent a complaint as was told to do all of the things I was told the first time. Same result. They will look into further and the problem should be resolved shortly. I now have over 100 cases that I cannot open. What a joke. It’s very frustrating when you get a generic response that is sent to everyone with a downloading issue. I did ask if others were having the problems, and I never got an answer to that question. So if your tech guys are actually reading this, maybe they can help me to resolve this ongoing issue. Who knows how much money I would be getting if I could actually play and open these studio cases. And of course you don’t give any compensation for the problem/glitch in your game.ThanksA very unhappy customer.P.S. no need to send me yet another generic response saying how sorry you are that I am having no luck participating in the game
