They’re making good changes to the monetary value of rewards but, forgetting about how it effects the people that have been using the rewards program for years in the process. I may stop using the app since the new rewards catalogue came out. I’ve been using the app for 4 years now as it’s very easy to use and have loved the rewards until the most recent change. Having the only rewards option be coupons for pampers products is very frustrating, especially since they don’t sell pampers pure diapers at any of the retailers listed in my area(unless I order from Walmart online) and those are the only ones my daughter can tolerate. Seems my only option now is to get the mail order coupons for $3 each to use up the over $20 in rewards I have and wait for them to arrive in the mail. I was really hoping the new catalog would be something more diverse or that they’d bring back the books or something. Now that they changed it again making it so you have to work your way to $10 rewards instead of the lesser increments, it gives more back but, having already accumulated a rewards balance I will always have some rewards money I won’t be able to even redeem for coupons since I have no way to make up the difference in change for whole dollars now.
