With exciting events, famous characters, and wild courses, Nintendo's legendary kart-racing series burns rubber on mobile.
Game is great but this is what I would improve
dawg why there no nicknames
I absolutely love Mario kart. It’s my favorite racing game of all time and the creativeness of each character, kart, and glider make this game so fun for casual gamers. There are some things I would like to see changed though. The price for gems when buying them is insane. It’s at the point where a single high end character is valued at about $20. It might even be higher. The only thing that is actually worth it is the gold pass. So if Nintendo wants me to spend my money, it would be nice if the money I spend is actually worth it. The second thing I would like to see changed is the ability to be able to do more time trials. Currently there are only one or two available time trials per tour, and that isn’t enough. I enjoy grinding out each track and finding the quickest possible route to the finish line, but when there is only two tracks to do that, it gets boring. My solution is to do what MK8 does and give every track in the tour the option to do a time trial. Even the reverse one and the ones with add jumps and ramps. The option to do a time trial doesn’t even have to give the player anything valuable, it’s just a way for the player to learn and get good at each track. Or there could be a global ranking system for each track where the top 5% or 10% of times gets a reward at the end of each tour. Those are just my thoughts about how this already incredible game can improve. I hope the devs read this and decide to make some changes. Thank you for your time!
Best looking mobile game to date

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a game that graphically looked as good as this one. It’s also really fun to play in spurts (like a mobile game should be) but a little difficult to steer, especially at first. Once you get used to it, it’s not that bad. I’m not sure I see a lot of people that own a Switch or other recent Nintendo consoles spending a lot of time with this game but it is a great mobile alternative for those who don’t own a console or can’t really get away with carrying one around all day. The collecting characters and carts is fun but would probably be costly if you wanted more chances than what you get from daily or other play bonuses. Initial play will give you enough gems to have several chances and if you save them, maybe even a 10 pull like other gacha games but you’ll probably need to invest either time or money to get similar chances after the first few days. I’m still 5 starring this game because it’s fun and easy on the eyes, and in my opinion, just the technical feats alone of this game raises the bar for other developers. Like others, I’d prefer an option to just pay a Lincoln or a Hamilton for the full game but it’s hard to blame Nintendo for the mobile market being structured the way it is to allow for developers to truly turn a profit, but it sure isn’t stopping the media from trying to. Play the game. There’s plenty to do for free and nothing wrong with paying for items to support development, if you want. Just do it responsibly.
Great game, but still needs some fixes.

I played this game for a month and a half when it first came out and I loved it, but then I stopped mainly because I got kinda bored of it and the whole p2w stuff was really bad in the first version. I’ve come back to it recently and I can see that they have definitely made this game more GACHA friendly by offering free pipes, rubies, coins, better shop items, and the devs occasionally giving out a lot of free rubies and coins via campaigns, they even offer bonuses for those who come back after a while which is just a cherry on top (although I think it may get removed in a future update idk.) Another thing I saw is that they kinda improved the controls a bit and added landscape mode so it looks and feels even better than it did before. And finally, they added a multiplayer mode so you have a reason to wanna play this game more often. Even with all of this new stuff added, there are still a ton of flaws with the game that I hope gets fixed in future updates such as the cpus having real people’s names, rubies STILL being very overpriced along with the bundles (seriously, who’s gonna play 20$ for a glider), and the fact that once you 100% the cups you can’t really do anything other than play multiplayer (and back then all you could do was replay them since there was no multiplayer)But with all of that out of the way, I think MKT is a solid game thanks to its updates. It still may have p2w mechanics but it’s still fun to play especially online with friends.
