Invoice maker gives you a template to work from so aside from keeping all of your professional information neat and orderly. It makes it very quick to put together an estimate. It will even let you know whether or not the customer has viewed it, even if they don’t reply. Can be very helpful in finding out which customers are serious or not. It also helps you stand apart from the crowd. You look way more professional, sending estimates through the software than you do sending people text messages. With estimates or quotes. I believe there is a way to use this software to collect credit card payments as well. I haven’t figured that one out yet but what a great option.
Needs some improvement but overall good app

I’ve been using the app for almost 2 yrs now. While I appreciate the apps save clients, materials lists for ease of re entering those items quicker, there is some formatting issue that takes the look of the document on the app which looks great, and when it shifts to preview mode or what your clients will ultimately see, the system spacing changes significantly, paragraph structure, bullet points in the notes section etc they all just wind up kinda mashed together so it’s not obvious where you’d be ending one paragraph and starting another. There is also the issue of not being able to use the app on the Mac or PC. It’s mobile only which is ok in a pinch but would be awesome if they made the leap and interfaced the program with the computer. My third and final gripe…often times I send out multiple estimates to one builder with different equipment options, the only thing changing from one to the other is 1-2 items on the materials list, and the overall cost of the project. What would be great is if I could just click on a drop down menu and make a copy of the first estimate, jump in and change the few details in a new estimate without having to re enter everything manually…it won’t allow that so that’s the only option which is major time waste imo. Other than that I get a lot of use out of the app and I keep my subscription because I believe the smart team of techs who came up with this app, are wise and ambitious enough to make these changes and so I wait patiently for a good app to become a great app.

Works well, but would love to see enhancements

I've been using the plus version of this app and it's been a game-changer for my small business, giving my email and text communications a professional edge. To take it to the next level, I'd love to see some enhancements. For instance, it would be incredibly useful to be able to add items to an already paid invoice and carry over a remaining balance, rather than having to create separate invoices. Having all the information in one place would streamline my workflow. Additionally, it would be a huge time-saver to be able to auto-populate customer email addresses and phone numbers when sending invoices or estimates. Another feature that would be highly beneficial is a note section where I can store information that's only visible to me, or have the option to share certain notes with others. With these improvements, I'm excited to continue using this app and watch my business thrive.

Simple Estimates, Detailed Invoices

Being able to communicate to clients with detailed descriptions on task perimeters, while showing pricing in a clean easy to understand way, has been the biggest relief this app has given me for my business. It’s also been so convenient to be able to look at my income portfolio, just by pulling up this app!Thank you for being professional, and keeping all my Invoice detail’s organized and easy to access ! I have been paying and using this app since the beginning of 2024, and I will be continuing to use this app because of the security they give me with my business 🙌🏽
There are no major changes in this version, but there are a few minor improvements under the hood to make room for more interesting updates coming up soon :)
