I’ve been playing this game a long time. My player level is 250+ and my game level is 16,000+ and I’ve watched changes that the development team has made over time. There has been a move to make so many of the in game events dependent on winning streaks and I have spent money to ensure that I maintain win streaks just to enjoy playing. The problem is that there will occasionally be levels or instances of levels that will glitch and not give the user whatever item is needed to clear the level. When such a glitch happens the user is punished by having all of their streak bonuses stripped. It use to happen infrequently, however, I have now encountered this game behavior twice in one week. The second time it happened right on the heels of an in game purchase which rendered that purchase useless. I had eight turns left on the level, needed to crack an egg, and no eggs appeared even as I played out the remaining turns. It might be a different story if there were a way to submit a bug report or some dispute method to submit screenshots and have losses made whole, however, there is no means by which a user can communicate with any sort of customer service. In the past I’ve just walked away for a few hours/days and the issue seems to get corrected which makes it seem like the development team knows when these glitches happen and they patch them, but that doesn’t help when bonuses are gone and the ability to participate in seasonal events is damaged.
