Coming back to write a second review a year after my school started using this program to print, and nothing has changed. Printing should be such a simple task and this is so inconvenient to use. I spent an entire hour today in my school’s library trying to print in color and all this program did was eat up $5 of mine with multiple attempts. The tech people that work here have no knowledge of this program and can’t help. Some of the name is definitely on my school for not being ableto assist, but even without the color printing issue it takes 5-8 minutes to do what shouldbe a 2 second task, especially with all the authentication processes and timeouts.

Honestly when I first saw the ratings on this app, I was scared to download it because all I saw were complaints. But after I used it once, my experience was great. It was easy to upload the documents I needed to print urgently onto the cloud, and I LOVE the rocket printing option which makes the process so much faster. Just scanning the NFC tag automatically starts the printing process when I’m at a machine. I honestly think the reason why the ratings are so low is because people only tend to leave reviews when they encounter issues, whereas 80-90% of people that have a smooth experience don’t bother as the app is just functioning as promised. Nonetheless, do not get intimidated by the low rating, the UI of the app was very user friendly and the process is super efficient!

The great Wepa printing program works with the Box app so well that I downloaded the Wepa App.... I and other students rely on this tiny powerful printing machine for professional looking homework pages. All it needs to do is upload and download my file for printing, how hard could it be? Of course the passwords and wifi / cellular connection is going to be prone to human failure. If this App transform my jipng. and mpeng files to a perfectly printed page thats all that can be expected. If it fails I will comeback and give the resulting review but I support this company already because I use their printer, never fails.

Takes far too long to log in and access what you want to print making something that should be less than 5 minutes often take 10+ by virtue of having to navigate through several different obstacles. There’s a lot of other issues as well, use a student card it? It wont recognize it half the time. Want to sign in quickly using the express mode? It won’t work half the time. Downloaded a file and attempting to print it? Well it will show you you haven’t downloaded it. All the inconveniences and extra cost associated make this app useless for anyone who isn’t forced to use it. On top of that customer support is inadequate at best.
