An update happend, now our company is no longer able to evaluate diamonds. There is no longer a reference point to RAP. No explaination, just change overnight. Try to sign up? No doesnt work “exceeded quota”. Seems like DRC no longer cares about their users or their money they have spent.

Please fix price per carat feature. This had been a very helpful tool until the price per carat went blank.

As others have stated, the calculator does not provide estimates any longer after the most recent update. This needs to be corrected otherwise everyone is going to start leaving one star reviews.
