So far this is my favorite route optimization app. It does a great job optimizing and allows you to add contacts to plug in addresses for different routes faster. If I could say anything about it I don’t like, and I REALLT REALLY hope the developers decide to take this into consideration.. I am a courier, and have 20-50 stops everyday. Some companies don’t open until certain times and if you could make it to where we can incorporate that into the details of those stops, so it can configure all that when it optimizes. It would literally make this app perfect for me. Another thing I will say, is for addresses that don’t pop up with a name when you search them. I know the app gives you the option to add a name, and company name, but when you go back to the stop list it only shows up as the address, If I have the name of the place I’d prefer it to show that instead of the address. Hope your able to take the time to read my review and maybe think about adding these! I would recommend this app to literally every courier I know and will meet! 😭

As for today, about the timed delivery, you can actually do that in a different way by using the "Go here" feature of the app in an active optimized route. Just click on the stop you want to deliver next irrespective of the optimized order and the app will take you there and re-optimize the remaining route. Makes for an easy day ... but needs some fine tuning

Plug the addresses in tap optimize route and you’re ready to go! However...if you need to change the order of stops for various reasons, you are unable to do that! If you optimize, you can’t switch back to the original order! Also...I PAY for premium services and because I didn’t want to review, they locked my premium services. That is unacceptable! Now they have their review so things better get unlocked quick!

There are several features the app has which you can keep exploring. You can choose the fastest route or shortest route optimization from the settings. After you optimize a route, you can still add new stops and skip optimization. There are several other options to explore. The address you input is read by the APIs from the maps service provider like Google Maps and Apple Maps. Since they each read the addresses slightly differently, there might be some differences.About the issue with writing the review, I apologies for the inconvenience caused. I understand the frustration. This is a bug which should be fixed in the upcoming patch.

Day one and I’m super excited about this app. If they ask me to pay I will. I’m glad I was able to try it before making a purchase. You can easily enter your addresses using either excel or manually. I love it because you can designate the stop as a pick up or delivery. That’s exactly what I was missing. And it’s so professional! Every time you complete a stop you can log accurate notes and sign. I’m looking forward to the reports! My time per stop, time driving and miles were all logged along with confirmation of delivery! With a photo! Hope my excitement lasts and it continues to work!

App won’t load

Not sure if it’s somehow my phone but every time I go to open the app it immediately closes. I tried restarting my phone, and force closing the app, but as a delivery driver that was depending on this today, I’m very frustrated as I’d already set up my route last night and now it’s not working. I shouldn’t have relied on it so heavily because I’m quite literally going to be forced to buy another app just to get the job done today, and not sure if I’ll come back to Upper once it’s fixed…Again, not sure if it’s my phone or the app but I saw the app just got an update today and now it’s not working. Terrible timing two days before Christmas…
