I found this app to be a fun place to buy coins. It does have some glitches once in a while but not often. Seems like banks don’t like transactions for each time you win a bid in a show. Wish it was set up to where it took the money out all at once at the end of the show. But I do see why they do that for each transaction. It’s so they make sure you have the money in there for each time you win so the seller isn’t left hanging trying to repost the item or wait on you to have all the money in the account. My bank limits me to 40 transactions a day so i have to switch to a different card once in a while. You need to be extremely cautious on what you bid and what the rules are for each show. Sit back and watch for a little bit before you swipe to bid. There’s usually Notes at the top that explain the auction. Money can go fast if you are not careful so don’t let emotions take over. I’ve ran into some sellers on here that are awesome and go above and beyond for customers and there are also sellers that sell absolute junk or deceptive and it’s not worth bidding on. Think of Whatnot as a bunch of booths and you are walking around to get a feel for what you like at first, you don’t have to bid on everything you see on there. Find a good group of sellers and buyers and stick to them. There are good people in the whatnot community you just have to find them.
A place to shop, connect and colllab with like minded people and join a community like no other.

Hear me out/ before you form an opinion, spend some time and watch some streams. You’ll see such crazy deals you’ll feel skeptical (I was too,no doubt) yet what is incredible is the human beings running their streams blasted wThis is not a corporate entity out to scam you into thinking anything other than it’s a platform that is run by human beings all in different categories, with different personalities, and of course intentions. Almost 3 years ago I stumbled across a random link, blindly-spent a fortune- learned the ropes, kept the faith and I’m so glad I did. There is nothing I’d rather do or be a part of - even with the judgement and the rotten eggs/sellers pushing negative baseless news for views, I believe in this space and community- especially every other selller strong enough to keep going too. 80% of the faces you see are tiny business owners, single moms, young adults going after their dreams- these are the ones billed for give aways and all the “free things” that most everyone joins our community to grab with 0 intentions of support in any way. I speak for many when I say everyone is welcome and the support means everything.. please don’t just join for reasons I most do as I mentioned. On the same hand, please don’t buy because you feel guilty or bad. Enjoy the show, enjoy the hottest and unknown styles soon enough you’ll see the truth. I hope you find all that I have and cherish it as well. Hope you keep an open mind and enjoy the experience as much as I do.❤️
Horrible experience

Both me and my girlfriend ordered 7 cards in total, 5 on my side and 2 on hers adding up to around $25 with all purchases being made on the same card. When the tracking information updated to delivered and the cards weren’t here, my girlfriend contacted the seller. They said to wait another 2 days for the cards. 2 days passed, the cards never came. We waited at least a week and half to contact Whatnot support just incase the cards arrived. Upon contacting Whatnot support, my girlfriend was told that her money would be refunded. The money that was said to be refunded never was. Hours after she contacted support, so did I. I was told “…if an item is indicated as delivered but you have not received it, it is necessary to contact support within 14 days.” I understand that is their policy, but why was I told I was beyond their refund timeframe, but my girlfriend was in the process of getting one? The wildest thing about this situation is that after the live ended, we decided to order a couple more from other sellers. Those other sellers got our cards here on the same day and the day after the original sellers cards were supposed to. I can’t tell y’all what to do, but i can encourage you not to use this app with sellers and a support system like this. I know not many people look at the reviews of an app, but I hope this one reaches the top for at least a couple of people to see.
Great app but….

This is a great app if they fix the glitches. The other issue is that since they put the lives in “Beta” it seems as though new users will never get the opportunity to go live. I put an application in months ago and I am still waiting for a response. I wish there was a similar app I could use that has the same exact or similar features to this one. If you aren’t “sponsored” by WhatnotLLC, don’t have a huge following, they didn’t come to you and ask to sponsor you, you are not promoting their platform and you don’t have a website yet or your website is under construction best believe they are not going to let you go live. You will pretty much see the same sellers over and over on a consistent basis. They keep saying that they are going to add new sellers to the “beta” they have been saying that for months now. By the time they add new people the customers are not going to be interested in buying anything because they will already have everything they want and need from the “current sellers” on the platform. Also the current sellers run their lives sometimes for hours on end. I have seen some that run lives anywhere between 2-6 hours. How is this fair business practice to those who have been waiting for weeks or months to be able to sell their products on the platform? Thank God for other apps like Mercari and Offer Up as well. At least they try to help all of their users make money. I somewhat question the business practices being done here. I think all users should have a fair opportunity.
