FINALLY a warm up tool that works for me 🤩

If you’re like me, I’ve been constantly looking for a warm up tool that isn’t yoga. Before I workout I just open this app and press play! There’s a default program that I use but you can always change the settings. I do a quick 10 min warm up. If I’m feeling sore after my regular workout then I just do a cool down to relax my muscles.

I’ve got to say, this is a time saver and an excellent way to have a great workout! Kudos to the developers!

Can’t log in with account

I have an account on the website, but it won’t log me in on this app. Are the accounts two different ones??
