I’ve downloaded so many 3rd party Tesla apps and Tessie is by far the best. I’m a data nerd, so I love having the option to review detailed information about the health of my battery, individual drives, charging statistics including energy usage/costs etc. They also have a real-time OBD feature that allows you to access 200+ data points about your vehicle. The watch app is great because it provides more car control options than the default Tesla watch app. My favorite feature is the ability to control my car from any web browser. I have a bad habit of not giving my phone enough time to charge before going out so it’s usually dead by the end of the night. Being able to unlock and start my car using a computer or the web browser on my friends’ phone has been incredibly convenient.

New Tesla owner here! I did a lot of research and when I found this app I must say I was scared of the price tag if you purchase our right but after a trail I saw the value. I recommend this app for any Tesla owner new and old. It’s way better than the Tesla app and gives me more details. The developers really did there thing with this app. I would like to see a future update specifically for Apple Watch but until then I will just add a widget to my watch. Even with that one item as a wish list thing it’s still 5 stars! I do plan on purchasing it in full at some point so I will continue to pay monthly as I know the value it provides. It can only get better with time but at that point I’m speechless bc it’s just that good!!

Tessie has done an amazing job at creating a new API that is eons faster and more reliable than the Tesla one. Basic actions execute faster and more often. The ability to track every drive, charge, and battery health as well as export all data in CSV format is an incredibly useful tool for us nerds. No app compares to Tessie, it has saved me countless times when needing to find details about car location history for turo rentals and tax time for calculating uber miles driven. Awesome app and super useful features! it is amazing that this app is made only by one single person and he responds to technical questions within hours whereas Tesla does not respond to any questions without automated calls spinning you in circles.

Tessie is absolutely essential in my workflow, using my car mostly for business—it makes reporting and categorizing drives easy, and allows me to easily look up stats on my own life that are helpful more often than you’d think! The money I spent on the lifetime subscription is the second best money I’ve ever spent, behind buying my Tesla, of course. However, even without all that, I am a huge fan of Tessie‘s Customer Service – they’ve responded quickly and hopefully to bug reports or questions about how to get more out of the software, and show how much they care about me as a customer with the way they run their business. I cannot say enough good things about this app!
