TimelyCare is an all-in-one solution that provides 24/7, easily accessible, private, and direct mental health and medical services to foster student success and improve the health and well-being of campus communities through equitable access to care.
Based on an academic institution’s subscription to TimelyCare’s services, enrolled users can access virtual visits via the app or website with a nationwide network of care providers, including but not limited to doctors, counselors, nurse practitioners, health coaches, and success coaches. All visits are 100% confidential and secure.
The platform’s services include scheduled mental health counseling, on-demand emotional support, on-demand and scheduled medical care, psychiatric care, health coaching, on-demand or scheduled student success coaching, basic needs assistance, faculty and staff guidance, peer support, and self-care content.
TimelyCare’s digital self-care includes a community for peer-to-peer support, self-care content on topics like stress, anxiety and relationships, success courses to help students navigate common academic, financial and career challenges, and self-care journeys designed to help users navigate the unique health challenges they face and achieve better health and well-being.

I have always been told how great therapy is. I never thought about actually going until I knew that my school gave it to me for free. With FANTASTIC, certified therapists, I have finally started a successful journey to much needed mental health. College students are in a really stressful transition period. With so many choices of therapists, I have found people that are tailored to my needs and life. It has given me guidance, reduction of stress, and someone to just listen to me when I need it. Try one session. They have times that literally fit any schedule. They go as early as 7am to 9pm at night EVERY day of the week. If you need immediate help with a problem, they have a 24/7 call center. I have used this so many times to just have someone to walk me through a stressful situation or a much needed perspective. Thank you so much. This has saved my relationships, my health, and my mental state. It has given me tools that will help me when I leave the comfort of school and into the big, wide world.

I never write reviews for any app but this platform really helped me change my life. Being an international student was hard on its own but after losing my mom things got really really difficult for me but Mr. Shabahang changed my life and helped me through it all. I am so happy that I was able to connect with him. to this day I am not sure how such little time was so life changing for me. Thank you

Won’t let me log in on the app

I was able to sign up on the website but when i try to log in on the app it won’t let me. I enter my school email as asked and it brings me to a safari page telling me to open in the app, and when I do a box that says “there was an error that prevented login.” I am on reliable wifi fans have tried deleted and redone loading the app, but it still gives me this every time I try to log in. If you could explain why this happens so I can fix this issue it would be appreciated. I’d love to actually use this app.

Questionable design

On the upside, it is fast and convenient. There isn’t much to say there. My providers are fine.My complaint is that the app design is frustrating. Why can’t you contact your providers outside of meetings? Why can’t you send them paperwork? Heck, there’s no way to message anyone- sometimes it’s easier to write things out for me, but the only messaging place is a discussion board with other patients. I just want to be able to text my counselor off hours when something occurs to me, and normally, you would be able to at least email them. But haha, no.
