Game copies/clones your profile, uses the clone as a bot without your permission. So once you make your profile they’ll have one more bot profile that looks like it’s you, that they use to populate the game with, so it looks like there are way more players than there really are. So they steal your profile, play as YOU and if you have two profiles on two devices eventually you’ll actually run into your clone. See Facebook group for this game, talks about this. Also, the bots are super annoying to play because they make cheat-shots as well as unrealistically horrible shots. If they didn’t make the intentionally poor shots, since they can calculate, they would otherwise win every time. So they either let you win or cheat and win themselves. There are real people in the game and you can tell the difference because the bots have artificially smooth aiming, where you can tell if you’re playing a person because you can see the finger movements aiming as a human would. The the bots do all kinds of fake things like pretend to scan the table, make ‘angry’ emojis, say ‘wow’ and ‘nice run’ when you sink a couple balls, and they can bank four times across the table and sink shots no human would even think to try. The game got the physics correct but the morality of stealing your profile after you make it to use as a cheating bot is underhanded, dishonest, not disclosed, very offensive, and very, very, very wrong.
Hi, first... thanks for the feedback. Regarding the use of CPU players, they are meant to ensure that you always have an opponent available even when there are no real players that match your criteria. While our goal is to make the CPU players seem real, we also tune them to play quickly (since real people can sometimes take their sweet time) and to match your current skill level. So they might miss an easy shot from time to time, but that's meant to keep it fun... of you.
