I love Fanatics. Have been through quite a bunch of casino apps and by far Fanatics has provided the best experience. I’m no high roller or have crazy amounts to spend but I have won more than I have lost. Most of what I have lost has been spinning n the money I won because I love playing. There are so many great games with bonus games and spins screaming at you. lol. There is a daily free wheel spin that you will always win something. I have turned bonus spins into bill money in hard times so I am certain that Fanatics is very fair about win/loss. I’m not great at betting but just playing around thinking I know what I’m doing I have won quite a bit for a person that isn’t that knowledgeable about sports betting. I have learned quite a bit though just from reading the betting info and just placing bets. Key rule for those that don’t seem to be having any luck or feel like they are just losing money. Patience is everything. I sometimes do too much and end up with nothing but when I remember to be patient and you don’t have to max bet to win big, you just have to play. Hands down my #1 go to.

So fanatics Sportsbook I will say is the most moral and respectable Sportsbook/casino out there today due to there great business practices, they treat there customers great and help them in anyway they can (unlike DraftKings and FanDuel, who are both clearly extremely greedy and dirty companies, and will do anything to do money out of their customers they don’t value them. They only value their money and that’s all they want from them and once they have your money, you are worth worthless to them and they could care less about you. Either way, regardless of what sports book you decide to play if you do end up playing in the casino. A solid win on one of the slots please please please immediately exit out of that particular game. Every single time I’ve won a solid slot hit. I’m saying anything over 60 $70 or more. Mark my words you will not see another win, even relatively close to that at least the rest of the day if not the next few days. So point being if you continue playing after that win everything you bet after that is gonna lose and you’re never gonna. Get that win that returns all those losses to you so be careful these casinos and sports books. Yes, axes a good company, but they’re all the same at the end of the day. They will let you win, especially in the first few times you play to make you think that it’s easy to win and that you could do this every day and then once that the app notices that you’re playing every single day that’s when they will not allow you to get any good wins after that and you will be slowly and slowly see your bank account. Beware! sign up promotion is not what it seems. I received a email for new user to sign up and bet $20 and get $200 in fantasy. email stated that you do not need to opt in and automatically applies. I signed up and placed first $20 wager as promotion stated. Did not receive $200 fancash and I was unaware I had received match bonus bets for the first 10 days. This is not what I wanted or signed up for. I didn’t even understand how it worked. i reached out to customer support and it took 3 days for anyone to get back to me. When they did get back to me they stated I received and played 150 free bonus spins as a new user and could not receive two promotions. I never received 150 free spins and on the 10th day of signing up I received a email from fanatics saying it was my last day to bet for free bonus bet match. This sportsbook is a joke. Customer service can not even tell you what your promotion is let alone me the user trying to figure it out. It seems like Fanatics customer support is very slow and when they do respond then when they do they give you misinformation. Please beware of this sportsbook. It is not what it seems. severely lacks customer support and not able to provide accurate info. So I guess ai did have 10 days of bonus match bets but customer support tried to tell me something else. Will never use this sports book again. Last weekend I opted into two promotions one for bonus spins and the other for cash back on losses. When I did not receive these on Monday morning I reached out to customer “service” I put that in quotes because they offer no service at all. The only thing they do is “elevate” your concerns. However the department that handles these is too busy at the moment and will reach out in 24-48 hours. Why are they so busy? Because they lie and cheat on the promotions. ” Both of these promotions required the customer to opt in. Unfortunately, after checking your account, you did not opt-in for either promotion. On my end it showed that I in fact did opt in. This is not my first rodeo so I know that I needed to ensure that I did opt in. I would never have bet on those specific games at that specific amounts unless I ensured that I had in fact opted in. It did show that on my end and it showed that whenever I logged back in to play. Unfortunately Fanatics does not allow anyone to go back and take photos of this after the fact to prove this. Conveniently, as soon as a promotional period is over that notice disappears. Then, conveniently they claim that “well you didn’t opt in”. This was a scam and the fact that you are not willing to uphold your end of the promotion is patheticallydisappointing. I can not believe that a casino would cheat a loyal customer even one who agreed to beta test an app for you for 20 spins and $10 in bonus cash. Do not trust them. They lie and cheat.
