I love Fanatics. Have been through quite a bunch of casino apps and by far Fanatics has provided the best experience. I’m no high roller or have crazy amounts to spend but I have won more than I have lost. Most of what I have lost has been spinning n the money I won because I love playing. There are so many great games with bonus games and spins screaming at you. lol. There is a daily free wheel spin that you will always win something. I have turned bonus spins into bill money in hard times so I am certain that Fanatics is very fair about win/loss. I’m not great at betting but just playing around thinking I know what I’m doing I have won quite a bit for a person that isn’t that knowledgeable about sports betting. I have learned quite a bit though just from reading the betting info and just placing bets. Key rule for those that don’t seem to be having any luck or feel like they are just losing money. Patience is everything. I sometimes do too much and end up with nothing but when I remember to be patient and you don’t have to max bet to win big, you just have to play. Hands down my #1 go to.

Just made my account yesterday beenplaying the casino games for the last 8 hours and I’ve wagered a few hundred dollars in the process my last bet I placed was for only 10cent with a balance of just over 5 dollars and the game I was playing just took it when I went to make my next bet it said insufficient funds and to explain in detail to a chat bot just to get transferred to a live agent provide my session id number and explain a second time what happened just to be told that they didn’t see the transaction or any errors and the sad part was I actually was enjoying this app even though I lost a few hundred dollars but for my last five dollars in my account to be taken without me wagering it and be told by customer service that they don’t see it make this a one star one experience for me that I will not be delighted to use this app or sports book or casino app and I will not be recommending anyone because if it glitch and take your money they just going to say they don’t see what happened and they can’t help you any further

I have been playing with this sportsbook on and off for the last two years. Eventually they awarded me VIP status. Normally VIPs are giving a host, but I have never been assigned one. I have reached out to customer service nearly 14 times about this issue over the last year. It is always “escalated” and I am told someone will get in touch with me about the issue. However, not one single person has reached out to me about the issue. I have reached out to them again and again about this and today I finally got a response stating “that due to the terms and conditions they can’t discuss this issue with me”…..seriously?! It’s my account, who else could you possibly discuss this with other than me. If this is how a “VIP” is treated then I want nothing to do with this sportsbook. Poor customer service doesn’t even begin to describe the complete lack of training and self righteous attitude these representatives have. Use a different app. If customer service responds to this and says to reach out to them at blah blah email, I’ve already done that a dozen times, why would I continue to waste my time with you people when you can’t resolve the issue the first time.

shoutout to fanatics for ruining a good sportsbook AND having the absolute worst customer service :) apparently there is no way to link my previously existing fanatics/fancash+ account under a different email with the sportsbook account which uses a different email because i was forced to migrate from pointsbet, so i can’t consolidate my fancash balances. i’ve contacted support like 8 times about it and every time they tell me “oh yeah we can do that” and then don’t do it. as if it hadn’t been terrible enough on its own, some recent update made it so that every time i try to access it on home wifi (even with icloud private relay off AND private IP off AND tracking enabled) it says “can’t use a VPN to access the app, contact customer support if you believe you’ve reached this message in error” except you can’t even contact support because it won’t let you into the app… personally i think i should at least be able to view my account or make a withdrawal and contact support instead of being fully locked out of everything, but okay. odds are almost always worse than every other sportsbook, “promos” are garbage (especially compared to pointsbet), markets are limited, app is a disaster to navigate, and god forbid you need something resolved by their useless customer service.
