The app is incredible - it really is a powerful app and very stable considering the memory demands it must have. The latest overhaul on the UI is slick but it left some very critical features overlooked mainly access to iCloud Drive. Please please please restore this simple option.Also, where of all the options gone? If these image generations are going to cost 10 to 1500 Credits each, then please make some settings available for example aspect ratio, or what about resolution??? We can choose different video resolutions but for images we get no options. As a 20 year loyal subscriber to the entire Adobe creative suite I have a mostly very good things to say about the Adobe tools, however this is make or break time for new users and there are more alternatives than ever. I won’t even get started on how Adobe moderates its prompts - it’s an absolute mystery to the point I don’t really even bother with the Adobe models.

Total waste of time and money!

Paid $4.99 for the monthly plan, and within less than an hour all my tokens were gone without producing a single finished result. I was simply trying to make a short, smooth video of a rotating coin showing two uploaded images (both already in the correct format and color).Even after carefully writing the prompt, and using the app’s own “AI prompt review” feature to make sure everything was worded correctly, the output was a complete mess. It added random images I didn’t upload, the rotation was wrong, and it ignored the clear instructions the AI added about camera position and transitions.Now I’m locked out for 30 days, unable to do anything. This is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a scam making it seem legit with Adobe name. The app overpromises, underdelivers, and wastes your time and money.

The Firefly app is filled with images to inspire you to use it, but doesn’t give you access to any of the settings you get in the web version. The only things you can do is to upload references and write your prompt. You can’t even choose your aspect ratio. If you’re going to use Firefly you should open the Adobe Firefly page in your browser. You’ll waste a lot of generative credits trying to fine tune images in the app that you can easily get in one shot on the webpage.I also noticed that some interface elements come and go each time you open the app. Not ready for use but pushed out to get subscribers is my guess

Overall I’m pleased with this app and features. ¡HOWEVER! I feel I Might address the issue more like problem of when unsatisfied with results. Instead of having the option to refine or redo in order to reclaim [credits]. (Which are limited based on subscription plan and set monthly amount. necessary to be able to perform any of provided services ). The MAIN ISSUE is that once out of [credits] despite being subscribed to the best and most EXPENSIVE subscription there is no option or form (even by SPENDING MORE) to allocate or get more! Therefore your ONLY Option is to Wait for your next MONTHLY renew to be able to continue your project!!! Thanks for reading my concern.
