Your step goal. No excuses.
StridePal is the no-nonsense step tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch that keeps you moving and out of your own way.
Most step apps bury you in data, slow you down, or just get ignored. StridePal cuts through the noise.
One goal. One focus. Every day.
STAY LOCKED ON YOUR GOAL
Always know where you stand and exactly what it takes to finish the day strong.
BUILT FOR YOUR WRIST
Pick the watch face that fits you: a full progress ring, or your step count in the biggest type we could fit. Swipe for trends and friends, and put those pages in whatever order you like. Your count lives on your watch face too, as a complication.
WALK WITH FRIENDS
Follow the people who keep you honest. See how their day is going, send a cheer when they crush it, and give everyone a photo and a color so you know who is who at a glance.
7-DAY STEP CHALLENGES
Challenge a friend to seven days. Most steps wins. Everyone gets seven full days in their own time zone, and StridePal tells you when your friend's day ends before or after yours.
PROGRESS THAT ACTUALLY MOTIVATES
Daily and weekly stats that push you forward, not put you to sleep. Streaks, records, weekly totals, and how you stack up against last week, last month, and last year.
RUTHLESSLY SIMPLE DESIGN
No bloat. No fluff. Just the stuff that keeps you moving. Miles or kilometers, your call.
StridePal is free to download and use. Stats and Trends is a one-time unlock, yours to keep. Sharing works like a group plan: one person subscribes and invites the others, and everyone they invite joins at no cost. Every sharing plan includes Stats and Trends for as long as it is active, so there is no reason to buy both. Prices are shown in the app before you buy anything.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions.

I enjoy it when the app is simple but very useful. All I needed was to know how many steps I do daily and if it achieves my goal. StridePal does just that. It also provides a summary and if I failed to accomplish the mark. Thank you!
Great app!

I found StridePal and thought it was worth a try. So true. Also immediate reply from Brian when I had a concern. My stride count on my watch is real motivation.
Love it
LVAtm
I purchased this - cheap enough to put on my watch face and works as advertised! Love it. Can glance down at my wrist and see my strides.
Great complication
KTJPSY
Fantastic step counter and works as a complication since Apple native step counter doesn’t show on the watch. Great customer support and always working to improve the app. Well worth the $1.99
Developer Response
So glad you’re enjoying the app. Thanks for the kind words.
StridePal 2.1
RACE YOUR FRIENDS
The Friends tab is now a board of today's race: everyone's steps side by side, with you on it. Share your ranking as a picture. New to StridePal? Race Brian, who makes the app, for free. A fresh seven-day race starts every week.
A NEW DASHBOARD
Your ring up top, a scrolling chart with your goal line, and your stats as cards. Star the stats you care about to feature them as big cards at the top, and drag the rest into any order.
IPHONE DUO
Unfold it and the dashboard, Friends and Settings spread across two columns, split at the fold.
STEP COUNTING
Your iPhone counts its own steps when your watch doesn't have StridePal. More accuracy fixes around midnight, where watch and phone overlap, and on days you switch watches. Widgets never count down anymore.
ACCOUNTS AND PURCHASES
A family or subscribed Minorbits account now unlocks the whole app. Purchases, refunds and Restore Purchases are handled more carefully, and your account survives a phone reset or restore.
New to StridePal? The daily goal now starts at 10,000 steps.
