Late delivery
It was easy to use but I couldn’t track delivery. Besides delivery was in 2 hours. After calling them to check where the delivery was. He said he tried calling me though on the app I’ve requested no calls. The address is there so why should they call again to confirm the address when the address is very simple.
Disappointed with the costumer service
You should look into you company personal and put people which can deal with a good knowledge of costumer service I have face a unhappy situation where the person I call to order my gas say the gas will be delivered in within 40 to 45 mins I wait I call after 47 mins to know if they are near he say yes they are near ok I wait again after one hour I call he say that he will check the delivery and call me back but I wait 10 mins more not call from them I call again he say in 10 mins they will be here and then the delivery call he say he will be in 11 to 12 mins where your good costumer service in this ? I wish you guys look into a good costumer service and I want a feedback from your side
Amazing
Another wonderful thing in Dubai is having this app.. most of the times GAS gets over at any point of time in Dubai and do not have cash all the time at home and this service really amazing where we can also pay it via card. Truly appreciate the level of this app.. I really dont bother even if they deliver late cause they do not take any delivery charges not additional charges for card payment mode.
