Logging in issues

I hAve tried to log in and have changed my password but keep being told the password does not match.

I’ve deleted the app on my phone and reimstallled but to no avail. Can’t redeem nor collect points.

Thinks it’s a big scam

Am unable to redeem any mileage points as system tells me that profile needs to be verified even though have been using it for nearly a year, and if I try to verify my email again it just prompts me to change password, however when doing so an automated msg comes up stating this account already has a password, and that’s that a dead end in the system. After constantly contacting their online customer department I’m always told that will submit to it request to our team. This point system only lets you earning points without being able to redeem any, so therefore must be a major scam.

Worst app in the market

This was the most excruciating customer service I have ever had to sit through. Not able to login with registered email or password. Everytime I try to re-set the account and set a new password that also doesn’t work even though it says successfully changed password. When contacting the customer services they can’t even locate my correct account and unable to match my information which I can guarantee is correct.
