Bad after sale service and customer service
Once u pay online you basically have to wait without knowing when your order is goin to arrive. The app is useless it only shows that u made the order, no tracking, and no info of where your order maybe. The chat customer service is useless and am assuming might just be a robot that says the same thing over and over ( your order will be shipped after 5 workdays lol) seriously useless.
An app making this much money in sales must improve their customer service and should at least provide info on when the order will be shipped or arrive to the other country. Moreover their customer service number is a Kuwait # so if ur calling from UAE u have to call long distance and probably will get the same answer 5 working days lol
Bad communicate and dont care about the customers
The way to communicate with customers is a failure especially I sent an email and text messages and I did not find an answer and did not answer the delivery is delayed and there is no site to track the shipment is not determined how many days to ship the goods I think I see a failed site and do not advise dealing with it
Unprofessional customer service and carless
The process of purchasing is really not professional and not clear I've order and payed already for the product from what i know is once you order and the money is been already ducted it means that your order is confirmed and you have track the shipment after 6 days from my order date I just received one call and then a txt that my order has been canceled because i didn't pick up the call seriously? I contact the team asking about why my order was canceled when I didn’t ask for the answer was because I didn’t pick up their call and there wasn’t a second and there were trying to reach me but they couldn’t and send a txt ,when I haven’t received any things they had mentioned accept for one call and one txt , So they are also blaming customer for their fault i think you they work more on how to manage their issues!!! Instead of putting the blame on their customer and assuming that they had txt when they didn’t!
