Great!!
Usually i am not an app person. I always like to talk through the phone in order for me to understand better. But this application is better than a phone and more timing saving. They respond immediately and keep you updated by only checking the status of ur claims and requests. Its very simple and easy to follow
New version is amazing
Today they support face-id, upload reclaim form becomes more easy
Needs enhancements: search for country and currency should be enhanced by adding a text to write few characters and it shows matched country or have previously selected countries first!

Very easy and friendly to use, good insurance and never had any issue using the App.
