Complain about JBR branch bad customer service
Dear Burger King Kindly I complaining JBR Dubai Branch Just now i was in JBR branch and i ordered a meal was wrong and missing one item also anyway i asked the lady she said u said small meal and i never said that and sure i said Large she no u said small and i repeat the order ….. how can I understanding her when she speaks 10 words in one seconds is not logical ….. anyway um sure i said Large but she not focus with me this the point not my mistake Plus one more point and important i told her no need and i left with all my respect and calm and gave her back the order she doesn’t care me to ask please we can find solution or hello or hi or any word and I didn’t see any supervisor there maybe he sleeping inside !? I don’t know Please ask your stuff for customer service first and select your stuff Thank you… Now to be honest um enjoying with Macdonalds with a good customer service
It’s a great app but..
I loved the app but I think it needs a remark or note section to provide instructions to the Burger King or the driver (like talabat app) such as cut the burger into half or call me when you arrive. In that way, the customer can have a ultimate experience when the food is delivered.
