This was quite literally the worst application I’ve ever used. There were so many issues with the app and it kept crashing, it kept asking me to verify my account without giving me any link or anything to verify it. Every time I tried ordering within the same few minutes it would forget my delivery address, I had to type it in 5 times. The 50% offer that’s always advertised everywhere is bull, it doesn’t exist at all. When I want to check my delivery status it crashes every single time. The user experience is awful, even to make an account with the app took me a whole 20 minutes of frustration. I think I honestly got high blood pressure from just trying to order from this app… Seriously disappointing how little they care about these details, I’ve used this app a year ago and I’ve had the same experience! Nothing changed.

Got completely the wrong order, right receipt (#79) is what I ordered, left receipt (#80) was what I got. The order I received was a lot cheaper than what I spent.

I ordered on the wingstop app, once the order was placed I couldn’t go into the order to see how far the delivery is - the page loads and kicks me out of the app each time I try. Does the same thing once the order was delivered too, so I can’t even ask about my incorrect order.
