businessONLINE – Take Control 4+

Dear team,

I suggest to scrap this “app” and start all over again with a reputable IT company that has experience in structuring banking user experience and that does a proper testing of the app before releasing it.

Besides the app looking like from last decade and the user experience being illogical it actually also does not work. For example

- The beneficiaries are not loaded fully therefore payments cannot be processed to more than ~10 people
- You need to remember account numbers to select the one you need to make a payment from
- You need to remember if beneficiary is banking with ENBD or not to select what transfer you need to make

I have just launched the app, I am quite certain I could go on same as with your smartbusiness…

I remember more than 4 years ago the customer service who sent a me an entire presentation how to make a payment on smartbusiness telling me a new and great app will be released soon. Well, 4 years later, I can tell you the entire BusinessOnline interface and app is a flop. Involved people should take responsibility and rectification process that will not take another 4 years should be launched asap.

It is really shamefull ENBD that this is your running product.

The application left me thoroughly frustrated due to its lack of user-friendliness and unrealistic limitations. The app's restriction to a single account, especially for businesses with multiple accounts, is simply impractical. Requiring multiple mobile devices to use the smart token feels like a joke. It falls short of meeting the needs of modern businesses, making it a disappointing experience overall.

Maybe you will consider involving business-minded individuals when developing business products in the future.

I wish i never switched to this new crapy app. I dont understand how can one go from bad to very bad. But relatively smart business was way better, web and app. Please delete business online and give us back smart business. Transactions are so complicated and i can only see the first 10 beneficiaries on my list. Communicated with our RM and customer service, no one cared to update and still unsolved. We do alot of business on our phones these days and I am seriously thinking to switch banks because of the online banking experience at ENBD is so bad now.
