Ratings and Reviews
No longer be able to login
All of sudden my login detail no longer working.
I could login last night and check the account, suddenly it is no longer able to login and repeatedly “something went to wrong”, not even mention where to contact when something like this happens. This is not like SNS, people invest money through this app!
Worst bank
I’m literally writing now from the petrol station and I can’t pay because my card has been blocked for no reason, on 23rd of August I received a message that I updated my kyc however today My car was blocked again at 05:04 pm, I called a lady called Muniba to assist me to unblock the card at least temporarily, begging her that I’m stuck in the petrol station and I can’t pay, she said I can’t do anything for you now, only tomorrow after 9 am, I said to her that I can’t wait till 9 am in the petrol station and asked to speak with someone senior or a manager to help me in this situation, but she said that she doesn’t have the option of transferring the calls. I don’t know what to say it’s just ridiculous, worst customer services.
I’m writing now and waiting for my friend to leave his house at a very late hour to come to pay for my petrol!!!!!!!!
The best app in the region
With both Robo and Self investing options, this is a powerful tool for both new and experienced investors, I have tried the Robo part of it and liked the way the algorithm managed my assets until I gained enough confidence and experience to go for the self investor part. Very satisfied with the results. The app is user friendly and the support team is amazing
