Extremely disappointed. I opened a case on 24th of February and it almost took a month to get assigned which is on the 20th of March. For that I had to call several times to remind. First approach on customer service, they are always very approachable, listen to your case and communicate. But the assigned person didn’t even want to listen your case even for a second. Very rushed, with rude voice. I have been asked to send my receipt which I did before. That won’t be a problem so I did send all supporting documents needed but disappeared again. No sign of assistance and that’s a week already. I just don’t know what to say and I don’t know why the department even existed. I actually expected I will get assistance as most governmental offices in dubai are very helpful. I learned the hard way, that I won’t get the money I lost, big amount Eve though I have full supporting documents

I applied for a complaint which I need their update and feedback to supported my police case. More than 10 days and no one called me or even update me by email

This is not acceptable at all, there’s a real case that consumer are facing and cuz they do believe on the UAE government and the country polices so that why should trust consumer rights department, but unfortunately they don’t care at all how come consumer should wait 7 working day to get a call from them.

Consumer rights should act fast and resolve the issues not waiting all this long time to assign an agent to call and investigate.

Very disappointed to face this kind and f thing in UAE specially Dubai.

Even they blocked google review so no one can share his feedback cuz they know that their process are very bad

I’ll share my bad experience with all UAE’s prime minister social media platforms and I hope they take a real action cuz this is not acceptable at all.
