This app has exceeded my expectations with its simplicity and efficiency. It is incredibly easy to use, making it a joy to navigate and find the features i need.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, allowing me to effortlessly browse through different categories and search for specific features. Everything is neatly organized, and I can quickly access the features I'm looking for.

This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a mattress on the 21st (Saturday) and at their app they let you choose the delivery date, I chose 24th (Tuesday). I was thinking it will all go smoothly but then on the 23rd (Monday) I received a message with a tracking link that they scheduled my delivery on the 27th (Friday). I didn’t want to argue hence I just let it go, came 27th but I did not receive my order. 28th which is today (Saturday), I called their customer service hotline and they promised to deliver today, their delivery service called me and promised to deliver by 2-3pm today but then when that time arrived nothing is delivered, I followed up with them and they insisted they will deliver as per the timing I chose which is between 5-9pm, I mentioned that this is unacceptable, they already delayed my delivery without any reason yet they cannot prioritize a late delivery. I called their customer service hotline again to file a complaint but they won’t accept it, they insisted that as per their system it’s scheduled on 5-9pm but I told them that I cannot accept this as they already delayed my delivery when I have scheduled it for the 24th. They cannot give me a good reason and won’t accept their fault. Will not recommend anyone to use this app nor buy from their store at all.

My sofa has 1 year warranty . When maintenance team came and said if there is any fault , company will give you the solution for sure . And when I called the company they are saying sorry we can’t replace or we can’t do anythin. Is this your service . One year warranty means one year warranty right. Even if it is 10/11 months used . Your maintenance team is saying one thing and the company is saying one thing . If one of your product has any problem within one year it is the companies responsibility to maximum give the solution for the customer. And the colour is starting to spread now . The company is saying we don’t have warranty for fabric , how come , we did not select the fabric the company itself selected the fabirc . I really want a solution for this because my product have one year warranty and it’s a customers right to ask and it’s a companies responsibility to give the best solution
