Its disaster! The worst ever online shop i have experienced in my life!!! I have placed order on 18 Nov with a delivery on 26-30 Nov latest. Money was deducted and order never received! You cant call them through - number is automated no one answer they are redirecting you to online chat, which is also not working properly! Once you fill form and send your Q you have always more than 45 pax in queue which is minimum 30 min waiting time - however somewhere after the half of time nothing appears in the screen! I tried it multiple times and i gave up. WORST EVER COMPANY! After i have sent complaint email they have replied and returned money - as order never was even i think created in reality. BUUUUUT what happens after ?! - i am getting email and subscription for premium going to be charged after trial period - immediately i loged in and deleted my credit card info unsubscribed as i dont even want to hear about them ever! Surprisingly after 3 days they are deducting a subscription fee from my card. I have sent email to them about what happen and guess what they have replied?! Do you have a screenshot of subscription cancelation? 😂 whatever i am gifting them 30 aed - maybe by stealing people money they think they will be reach 👌🏻

I received a message that a transaction happened through desertcart l. Then when I checked, i suddenly saw that the membership is upgraded to premium. I did not accept or authorize this payment. You don’t have the right to save my card and make transactions on my behalf. When I reached out to their chat support they were repeating same words over and over. It seemed a normal case to them , as I am sure this kind of behavior repeated many times to other poor customers. Finally I asked the agent to create a complaint, he shared some references number which I am not sure if it’s a real one!, and told that I will ge contacted in 48 hours. As expected, no one called from their side!!

Other than this!! I have an order which is still pending for delivery, they keep changing the delivery dates. If this was on another company/ online shopping app, they will have a solution for me, as it’s the merchant mistake of delaying the delivery. Of course, desertcart team don’t have a solution that works for the customer benefit.. they only change the delivery date and with no choice we have to sit and wait!!!..,

The worst app ever. I have made a purchase with “trial” offer and immediately cancelled that subscription but there was nowhere in neither browser nor mobile app to confirm that it was cancelled. Of course I did not receive an email neither. In order to make sure my trial subscription was cancelled, I went to check my account where it said “No subscription” but next thing I see is 699 aed being deducted from my credit card which I did not even agree to store the information. I contacted the live chat support but it was impossible to get the right support. They have no intention of helping me and refunding that money. What’s even worse, is that I thought since the subscription is active and my money has been deducted, I thought why not to make some more purchases, then I see at the check out page- they are asking if I want to subscribe for PRO which means I am not subscribed in the system. I am disappointed and hopeless. They steal people’s money. Please do not use their services.
