Dubai Health App is a new initiative by Dubai Academic Healthcare Corporation to provide all services of Dubai Health under one Smart application. Using this app, Dubai residents will be able to access Dubai Health’s Smart Services i.e., Manage Appointments, Lab Results, and Medications. Users can also check for Medical Fitness Application Status and register as Volunteers for Blood Donation services. The app supports both English & Arabic languages.

تطبيق دبي الصحية، مبادرة جديدة أطلقتها مؤسسة دبي الصحية تهدف الى توفير جميع الخدمات الخاصة بالمؤسسة وتوحيدها تحت منصة تطبيق ذكي، باستخدام هذا التطبيق يستطيع سكان امارة دبي من الوصول الى الخدمات الذكية التي توفرها المؤسسة مثال على ذلك، إدارة المواعيد الطبية، النتائج المخبرية ووصفات الادوية. يستطيع المستخدم أيضا ومن خلال التطبيق التأكد من حالة طلب اللياقة الطبية، التسجيل والتطوع لخدمات التبرع بالدم، يدعم هذا التطبيق اللغتين العربية والانجليزية.

C-19 vaccination
The app is working all good except the booking for covid-19 vaccination. There are no slots available. I checked untill December 2021. Then I enquired through DHA customer care to get phone booking but that is not possible. They informed that the free slots should be shown on app only as there is no other way to book for vaccinations. However nothing is reflected on the app till now.
Request you to kindly look into it.

Bad experience
every time i try to use this app i delete it
this time i wanted to see my covid vaccine certificate but they requested mrn number
so to get this number i needed to enter my eida number and otp
however the otp was sent to different number
i tried chat to ask for but form give error when selecting covid option
instead i selected complaint and it worked
i entered the issue details and started chat then the guy said welcome and kept waiting for something
when i ask him if he can help he again asked what i need but i pointed to the start chat text
he noted that my mobile number with eida is wrong and before i can explain that this is no possible that chat crashed
i then called them and after 4 or 5 tries i was able to select an option to talk to someone
he then told me that if my eida is not in their system then i don’t have a certificate even if i get this mrn
when i ask about the otp issue he requested i contact eida
i told he i have checked eida website and my number is correct also with uae pass but he insisted i contact them and there is nothing with the app
Book COVID-19 vaccine option is not working
I can’t book COVID-19 vaccine appointment. When I click on “book COVID-19 vaccine “ it shows page with who’s eligible and on ones I press on proceed to book an appointment it gives me an error: your request couldn’t be completed, please try again later” i know that this option works at other phones of other ppl. App is updated and I’ve tried to reinstall it as well, still it’s not working. Could you please help me to sort it out? Thank you
