Horrible customer service

The website said the items will be delivered the next day if the order was placed before 2pm the previous day. So I placed the order before 2pm but NO DELIVERY the next day. I placed the order only because I thought I would receive the items the next day. Bad customer service. When I spoke to the call centre I was informed byMs Kia and the supervisor that nothing can be done. Very bad customer service. Deceiving website.

Quality, Availability and Delivery

I wanted purchase specific design shoes for gift and couldn’t find anywhere by visiting many shops in the Emirates,felt exausted! Came home opened google, searched by image and DOD came up, Downloaded the App after researching about the company (Never Heard before) Searched the product, It was all there with different sizes and designs. I was super happy however worried about the delivery time. Once I place the order the deliver was written 1 day. I was super happy and amazed not only that i got AED 50 discount on top. OMG! I received them after 1 day and the Quality were superb and perfect fit.
