Trips not captured
Trips captured in a non consistent way. Not all trips are getting recorded even though the notification shows “ active trip in progress” but when opening the app the trip does not get captured. Notifying a problem through app diagnostics say that there will be a call back within 24/48 hours but that has never happened which I have tried on 3 different occasions but to no avail. The in built what’s app mode helps no further.
Very interesting concept
Helps me keep track of my trips and how I have driven. It’s good to know where and when I have not been safe and how I can improve.
