CANT USE CREDIT BUT GOOD APP FOR SHOPPING

Really good app I could find things I’ve never found and has a verity of things the only problem is when you put your credit card details it first sent an (error message) then next try it took me to the next thing but then sent “try again later” so I had to select cash and yes the card is issued within the UAE hope you guys fix it

Be very aware! All orders are always delayed and always wrong item!!

Especially the merchant “ Children Woman” they sell baby items they are big fraud . They post a color that’s not available and send you another color pushing Their inventory to sell what they have!!
The color of the item is written in big letters outside the box so they know what they’re sending !!
And only after you go through hell in complaining and asking for replacement only then they inform you that it’s not available !! After they take your money and waist your days and energy following up you get shocked that they send a different color that they want to push sale on!! Big scam be very careful !!
I tried multiple orders and same thing happened with each item!
After I blew up their emails and phones They finally called me back and informed me that someone will be picking up the item same day and delivering the right item next but no one ever came and no one called me back to follow up!! This app is a trap for our money! Be very careful !

What I don't get is if other online shops can do same day or next day delivery, why can't Dubai Store? I ordered an item that was advertised to be delivered in 2-3 days. When 3 days is over, it changed to 4 days. Early on the 4th day, I got an SMS and an e-mail stating that my order was out for delivery. Guess what? The day was over but nothing came. I reached out to their customer service and I was informed that their preparation time was 2 business days from the time they receive it from the seller. That means, it could take up to a week for them to deliver an item from a Dubai seller to a Dubai buyer. That's a thing in the past. I can understand if it's coming from the farthest emirate in the UAE. This is the first and the last time I'm ordering from this shop.
